Jassie goes to OPPA LAND! (Day5)

7:26 pm

And the day we've all dreaded for has finally came. It's our last day in Korea and we still have one more spot to visit to complete our South Korea trip this year.

With no time to waste, we headed to Namsan (N Seoul) tower before heading to the airport. This place is a famous K-drama spot and has been seen very frequently on some major series like Boys over Florwers, Legend of the Blue Sea, W - 2 Worlds, My Love from Another Star, Rooftop Prince and a ton more! If you're a K-drama fanatic, visiting Namsan Tower should be in your itinerary.
Before we take cliché tourist photos, we first headed to the top of the tower to have one more glimpse of this beautiful city before we leave.

Now, apart from the fact that this place is an iconic filming location, Namsan Tower is also known for the love locks. Putting a lock with your names affixed on it is one of the sweetest gestures a couple could do. In Eric's absence, I put on a lock for us.
If you can't find a spot at the love lock bridge, you might want to put your locks at the steel trees located below the bridge. Don't worry about not having the perfect spot to put your locks on cause the allocation for love locks is vast.
FYI, you could buy locks at the souvenir shop nearby, so don't fret if you forget or lose your lock.
Address: 105 Namsangongwon-gil, Yongsan 2(i)ga-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Phone: +82 2-3455-9277
Hours: Sun-Fri, 10AM-11PM; Sat, 10AM-12AM.
We headed to Myeongdong shopping street for lunch and for a last, last-minute shopping before going to the airport.
And that concludes my trip to OPPA land this year. I'll be back in Korea soon but if that time comes, I'll be more focused on visiting K-drama filming locations - I'm very excited about it already! So until next time!
